cheezz anyone use gluten-free products? we just made a quiche using the Glutino pie crust mix...

and made another batch using real pie crust... people actually preferred the Glutino! It was quite good... just wondered if anyone has tried the Red Mill products - they make a chocolate chip cookie mix I was thinking of trying.
