The recipe calls for seven (7) pakages of 8-ounce cream cheese.
I have never seen a recipe calling for 7 packages of cream cheese. I have seen 5 packages but not 7.

It sounds wonderful, but states not to use a springform pan with the recipe ... instead use an 8 x 3" cake pan?

Any Comments?
