10x3 = ~235 cubic inches of volume = ~14.8 C;
an 8x3 = ~150 volume = ~9.5C.

Paula's recipe doesn't add much more than the 7 creamcheese...only 4 eggs + 1.5 Cup of other ingredients. The Public House uses 6 8-oz cream cheese, plus 6 eggs and 4.5 C of other ingredients.

Intuitively, the volume seems like it would be a problem, but I think it would work. It would have to be a thin crust though. And using less eggs means there would be less rising effect.
