#24: Easy Italian Salad

This is a salad I threw together for a crowd, and now it is always requested:

One or two heads romaine lettuce
1 or 2 cans pitted black olives (depends on how big of a salad you're making)
1/2 red onion, sliced thin and soaked in iced water for at least 20 minutes. Then lay onions on paper towel to dry
1 small tub of grated parmesan or romano cheese
croutons
Wishbone Red Wine Vinegarette (sp?)

Clean and tear romaine lettuce and toss with drained black olives, onions, cheese, croutons and the Red Wine Vinegarette
