This is more a method than an actual recipe:
Trim and cut into hunks a whole cauliflower. Steam it until it is very tender. Mash it with a potato masher, add lite butter (about 1-2 tbsp depending on the size of the cauliflower) and a half a chopped onion. Add pepper and salt to taste. Delicious!
